315 Hay Street SUBIACO - Development application - Showroom, Office, and Digital Sign

The City of Subiaco is inviting public comment on a Development Application currently under assessment for physical works and a change of use to showroom and office, and a digital third-party sign.

This application will be determined by the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel (DAP). The City is not the decision-maker, however, is responsible for preparing a Responsible Authority Report (RAR) that assesses the proposal against the relevant planning framework and provides a recommendation to the DAP.

The site is subject to two planning frameworks:

  • Land zoned 'Centre' under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 5
  • Land reserved for 'Other Regional Road' under the Metropolitan Region Scheme

As a result:

  • The proposed showroom and office components are assessed under the local planning framework
  • The digital third-party sign, located within the reserved land, is assessed under the Metropolitan Region Scheme

You are invited to view the application documents and plans and make a submission. Public submissions will be considered as part of the City’s assessment and included in the RAR provided to the DAP. Please see the online submission survey.
