Harmony Week and Neighbour Day 2022

The City of Subiaco proudly celebrates both Harmony Week and Neighbour Day every year to build and strengthen social connections and celebrate our community. It is also an opportunity to highlight the stories, events and people that make Subiaco a special place to live.

Story competition for Harmony Week and Neighbour Day

The City called upon community members to participate and submit a narrative or a short story on the following:

• A random act of kindness a Neighbour has done for you that made your heart full and thankful for having such wonderful neighbours.
• A dish or food experience that is unique / special / reminds you about your neighbourhood.
• If you have migrated to Subiaco: tell us about the things that makes Subiaco your place.

Top three entries selected by the judges will receive an EFTPOS voucher worth $50 and will get a chance to be featured in the City’s newsletter or website.

The competition closed Friday 15 April 2022, thank you to those who shared their stories.
