Amendments to Planning Compliance Local Planning Policy - LPP 7.5
The City of Subiaco invites you to have your say on the Draft Amended Local Planning Policy 7.5 – Planning Compliance (LPP 7.5).
At it's Ordinary Council Meeting on 16 December 2025, Council resolved to publicly advertise draft amended LPP 7.5.
LPP 7.5 has been amended to provide practical, principle-based guidance for investigating and resolving planning compliance issues, tailored to individual circumstances. These changes aim to make the policy more contemporary and ensure the City’s approach to compliance is responsive and effective.
