City of Subiaco is committed to protecting your privacy and takes steps to ensure your personal information is protected from access without permission, release or misuse.

As part of this project, we request your personal information (e.g. name, suburb, email), we do this in order to:

• Register your comment.
• Determine participation levels across the community.

Data collected via Have Your Say Subiaco is stored within Australia in accordance with the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (WA).

We will not share this information with another organisation or third-party individual unless in line with relevant legislative requirements (where applicable).

If you choose not to provide your personal information you may discuss anonymity with the project officer to determine participation.

Once submitted, a copy of your response will be emailed to you via the email address you provide.
