Central Subiaco Parking Precinct Plan

The City of Subiaco is currently undertaking a staged review of parking management across the city, and is seeking community feedback on the Central Subiaco Parking Precinct area. This area is bound by Bagot Road to the north, Railway Road to the west, Thomas Street to the east and Nicholson Road to the south.

The purpose of the review is to balance the different needs of all users. This includes residents and their visitors, commercial and retail operators and their customers, as well as daily commuters and workers. This review does not include any changes to parking permit eligibility or effect.

The City sought feedback on the Draft Central Subiaco Parking Precinct Plan.

Public feedback closed on 22 May 2019.

Public feedback has been reviewed. The Draft Central Subiaco Parking Precinct Plan was on the agenda for consideration at the City of Subiaco council meeting, on Tuesday 18 June 2019.

    All feedback will be considered and used to refine the final parking management plan that will be recommended to Council for adoption and implementation.
