My Account Building and Planning portal now live

From today, 28 May 2026, Have Your Say Subiaco submissions for Development Applications will be submitted in a new way.

While Development Application details (including plans) will continue to be available on Have Your Say Subiaco, when you select the “Make an online submission” link will redirect you to a secure guest portal.

From there, you can search for the relevant application using the application number or property address, then select “Lodge a submission” to provide your feedback.

Please note, there are no changes to the information required or how submissions are assessed—only the way they are lodged has been updated.
