The way you provide feedback on planning applications via Have Your Say Subiaco has changed.

From 28 May, Building and Planning Applications can be submitted via City of Subiaco's My Account, where you can create an account, lodge applications, and manage everything in one place.

This new system replaces the previous eServices platform, making it easier and more convenient to access City services.

My Account is the one-stop shop for managing applications, animal registrations, interactions and your rates account with the City of Subiaco. With My Account, you can:

  • create an account

  • lodge and track applications online

  • make secure payments

  • provide feedback on a planning application

  • access support and other City services in one place.

Have Your Say Subiaco submissions for Development Applications are now completed through the new system.

While Development Application details will continue to be available on Have Your Say Subiaco, selecting the “Make an online submission” link will redirect you to a secure guest portal. From there, you can search for the relevant application using the application number or property address, then select “Lodge a submission” to provide your feedback.

Please note, there are no changes to the information required or how submissions are assessed, only the way they are lodged has been updated.
