Development Assessment Panel (DAP) Application - 263-277 Hay & 17-19 Olive Street SUBIACO

The City of Subiaco is inviting public comment on a Amendments to original development approval (6 storey mixed use development) at the above address.

This application meets the criteria for a Development Assessment Panel application under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 and will be determined by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel.

The Development Assessment Panel (DAP) is an independent decision making body comprising independent technical experts and elected Local Government representatives. DAPs are able to determine certain development applications in the place of the original decision making authority, being the local government in this case. Further information relating to DAPs can be found at www.dplh.wa.gov.au/daps. Enquiries relating to DAPs should be made through the DAP Secretariat on (08) 6551 9919 or via e-mail to daps@dplh.wa.gov.au.

The City of Subiaco will be preparing a Responsible Authority Report (RAR) for the JDAP and invites public submissions about the development application as part of this process.
