Princess Margaret Hospital Precinct Draft Design Guidelines

Following on from the recent hospital demolition works, DevelopmentWA have prepared draft Design Guidelines to provide a detailed framework to guide the future redevelopment of the former hospital land consistent with the approved Subi East Master Plan.

The draft Design Guidelines are open for comment until 5pm Saturday 4 March 2023.
