Subi Streets Community Reference Group - expression of interest form

Please complete this expression of interest (EOI) form to express your interest in being involved in the Subi Streets Community Reference Group (SSCRG).

To ensure there is a diverse cross-section of the community represented, the SSCRG will comprise of people who are generally representative of the City’s demographics and geography as well as selected from local community and stakeholder groups.

Before submitting your EOI you may like to read the draft Terms of Reference which provide more detail about the purpose and objectives of the group.

Expressions of interest close at 5pm on Sunday 6 July 2025.

Please note: to achieve this in a fair and transparent manner, the independent facilitator for the group will be provided with your demographic information and the reasons you wish to participate. Your name and contact details will be withheld during the selection process.

The reference group will meet four (4) times between July 2025 and late 2026, from 6pm to 9pm on a Wednesday or Thursday evening (refreshments supplied).

The first meeting will be held from 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday 30 July 2025. To the best of my knowledge, this is a commitment I will be able to fulfil.
