Development Assessment Panel (DAP) Application - DA 7.2018.153.1 - DAP/18/01530

10 Rokeby Road & 375 Roberts Road, Subiaco (the former Pavilion Market site)

The City of Subiaco is inviting public comment on proposed demolition of existing buildings and construction of a 24 storey mixed use development precinct comprising basement parking, restaurants, fast food outlets, shops, small bar, tavern, office and multiple dwellings at the above address.

This application meets the criteria for a Development Assessment Panel application under Regulation 5 of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 and will be determined by the Metropolitan West Joint Development Assessment Panel.

The Development Assessment Panel (DAP) is an independent decision making body comprising independent technical experts and elected Local Government representatives. DAPs are able to determine certain development applications in the place of the original decision making authority, being the local government in this case. The City of Subiaco will be preparing a Responsible Authority Report for the DAP and invites public submissions about the development application as part of this process.

A copy of the plans can be downloaded in PDF format below. Alternatively, plans can be viewed at the city’s Administration Centre, 241 Rokeby Road Subiaco, or at the Subiaco Library during normal operating times.

Any comments with respect to the development application should be submitted in writing through the online submission form on the city’s website, via email to city@subiaco.wa.gov.au or by mail, and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Subiaco, PO Box 270, Subiaco WA 6904.

Comments should clearly indicate the name and address of the person making the submission and the proposed development to which the submission relates.
