Update on community consultation

Between 28 April and 25 May 2023 community consultation was undertaken to seek response to a proposed Rosalie Park pump track project. The City received a sizable response rate of 237 submissions, with the majority of people local to Shenton Park. Of the 237 submissions, 97% were supportive of a pump track being constructed in Rosalie Park.

During consultation many valuable comments, concerns and suggestions were raised. Please see the City's response to the feedback here.

Due to the high level of positive community support, the project will now proceed to request for quote. Participants who indicated that they would like to take part in further consultation will be invited to assist in refining the design with the appointed contractor.
