City of Subiaco is committed to protecting your privacy and takes steps to ensure your personal information is protected from access without permission, release or misuse.

As part of this project we request your personal information (e.g. name, suburb, email) in the EOI form in order to:

• Assess your expression of interest to join the DAIAG.
• Assisting support of participation across the community providing a diversity of perspectives.

We will not share this information with another organisation or third party individual unless in line with legislative requirements (where applicable).

If you choose not to provide your personal information, please discuss with the project officer, it may mean we will be unable to process your application.
