The City of Subiaco is continuously finding ways to improve quality of life. The City is conducting a study called the MARKYT Community Scorecard 2021, commencing on Monday 22 March.

The results will be used to benchmark the City's performance against other local governments and improve our services to the community.

A group of randomly selected residents will be contacted and asked to rate local services, facilities and programs. Data collection and analysis is being undertaken by CATALYSE, an independent research company.

The scorecard is open to City of Subiaco residents aged 14 years or older. Community members who did not receive an invitation by post or email to take part in the study are able to participate online. The scorecard generally takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

All responses are confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles and CATALYSE will report responses in an aggregate or anonymous form to the City of Subiaco that will not personally identify you.

The community scorecard study closed at 5pm on Monday 12 April 2021.
