Amendments to Design Review Panel Terms of Reference Local Planning Policy - LPP 7.1

The City of Subiaco invites you to have your say on draft amended Local Planning Policy 7.1 – Design Review Panel Terms of Reference (LPP 7.1).

At its Ordinary Council Meeting on 24 February 2026, Council resolved to publicly advertise draft amended LPP 7.1.

LPP 7.1 has been amended to ensure it is contemporary and best practice following the release of the State Government Local Government Design Review Manual in June 2025. The amendments to the Policy also provide greater clarification on the operation, scope and membership of the City’s Design Review Panel as well as the conduct of meetings
