Draft Transport, Access and Parking Strategy

The city undertook community consultation on its draft Transport, Access and Parking Strategy (TAPS) to identify and affirm the strategic position of the city with regard to all aspects of transport, access and parking in Subiaco and how they relate to one another.

The final report has been endorsed by council and outlines both short and long-term outcomes for the transport network. It balances car travel with alternative modes of transport to add vibrancy to the city, increase visitation and support a population growth of 23 per cent by 2036.

The city will begin implementing actions under local government control, and work with transport organisations and state government to gain support and funding for the strategy.

You can download the Transport, Access and Parking Strategy (PDF 8.2MB) from the city's website and learn more about the strategy's direction by reading our media release.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the consultation - your feedback has been very valuable.
