City of Subiaco Asset Map

A man and woman undertaking community consultation

Are you involved in a local community group or organisation?

The City of Subiaco is currently developing a community asset map of our local government area to discover our strengths, uncover gaps and develop solutions to improve the well-being of our community. We are undertaking research and gathering feedback from local groups and individuals to understand our organisational, physical, economic and cultural assets.

By completing this survey, you will be assisting us in further understanding the successes and challenges faced by our existing community organisations and how we can work to strengthen the development of a cohesive Subiaco community.

The survey will take 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and you can skip any question at any time. For us to support your organisation in the best way possible it’s important that the name of your organisation is included in your response. All the findings will be brought together, analysed and reported as one. If the findings are included in a public document your organisation will not be linked to your responses.

All entries will go into the draw to win one of two $50 Coles Myer gift cards.

We encourage one response per community organisation. For example, the questionnaire could be completed by a single representative or by a group answering the questions together.

Community organisations based within the City of Subiaco are encouraged to participate in this conversation. The City of Subiaco includes the suburbs of Subiaco, Daglish, Shenton Park and Jolimont.

Community Workshop

All community organisations are also invited to participate in our Community Workshop. Come together to discuss the strengths, challenges and opportunities that our community faces and how the City of Subiaco can continue to support your organisation’s great work. Join us at:

Subiaco Community Centre, 203 Bagot Rd
Please RSVP to Joseph Sollis at Creating Communities on joseph@creatingcommunities.com.au or (08) 9284 0910 by Monday 17th July.
